Tracy is a Lynchburg natvie who has such passion & such creativity when it comes to floral design. She has been creating florals for small events locally for a few years, and with the opening of Promise Manor it became the perfect opportunity for her to continue growing this passion. We are blessed to have her create such beautiful pieces for our guests & are excited to see where this journey leads!
