MEET THE WHITE FAMILY

We're Dennis, Kayla (and Preslee) White, the owners of Promise Manor in historic Lynchburg, Tennessee. We are so blessed to own this special piece of history and cannot wait to share it with you!

 

Dennis & I met while in high school and have been together now for almost seventeen years! We both carry an entrepreneurial spirit and knew we always wanted to create a business of our own. I discovered my love of event planning after graduating college and getting married ourselves.  We began praying over this new journey and like many things we have discovered in our life, it is always God’s timing and His perfect plans that will prevail. We knew this desire to create our own future was a promise  placed on our hearts by Him and that He would fulfill those promises to further the Kingdom work we have been placed on this earth to do. A few years went by, a sweet little blonde headed girl later and the desire to own a venue was as strong as ever before. Maybe those big blue eyes kept us pushing harder to find a place we could call ours, but we always remained faithful that the perfect place would become available in Lynchburg. We purchased the Green-Evans-Hudgens House in October of 2018 and have since been restoring the natural beauty of this 160 year old Greek Revival with the help of our amazing family. Our hope is to continue making memories and sharing in the glory of all that God has blessed us with through your special celebrations and events!
