Liability Waiver
I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, cost, and damages I incur as a result of my or my parties participation in any activities at the U-Pick Bloom Experience at The Silos at Promise Manor. With full understanding of the risks associated with (but not limited to) outdoor play, bee stings, weather conditions, natural allergens, and other outdoor risks.
In order for myself and those in my party to participate in the U-Pick Bloom Experience at The Silos at Promise Manor. , I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, and property damages or which may hereafter occur to me as a result of participation in said event. This release is intended to discharge in advance Promise Manor TN, LLC (Promise Manor & The Silos at Promise Manor) its owners, instructors, assistants, and employees, from liability, even though that liability may arise out of perceived negligence on the part of persons mentioned above. It is understood that some recreational activities involve an element of risk or danger of accidents, and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assignees.
Myself and those in my party are in good health and in proper physical and mental condition to participate in such activity. I acknowledge that if I believe event conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue myself and/or my child’s participation in the activity.
I have read and understood the foregoing registration liability release and agree to all of its terms and conditions.
